Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat outpatient physical therapy patients across a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule
- Manage an average caseload of approximately 14 patients per day
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical goals
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience providing outpatient physical therapy services
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience managing a high-volume outpatient caseload
- Strong documentation and time-management skills in a fast-paced clinical setting
