Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
- Perform wound care and assist with patient transfers in accordance with unit protocols
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, RNs, and patient care technicians across day and night shift structures
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Meditech EMR
- Float between two rehabilitation campuses as needed to support staffing and patient care continuity
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado or compact state eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year of current acute care experience as a Rehabilitation or Medical/Surgical RN
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Willingness to float between two rehabilitation campuses
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with a rehabilitation patient population
- Proficiency in IV placement and blood draw skills
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
