Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct social work and therapeutic services to patients in a clinical facility setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient social and emotional needs
• Participate in scheduled holiday coverage, committing to at least 3 of 5 designated holidays
• Float to nearby sister facilities as needed to support staffing requirements
• Complete required facility orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Social Worker or Therapist
• Valid state license; compact license must be active and in hand at time of submission
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify under travel guidelines
• Clean background record; facility does not accept background hits
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or health system environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and float assignments across multiple locations
