Occupational Therapist – Outpatient / Home Health

Contract | Rotating Shift | Primarily Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in outpatient and home health settings, with occasional inpatient coverage
• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with O.T. Practice Guidelines as issued by the American Occupational Therapy Association, following physician referral
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments to support quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system
• Enhance and support patient care with a focus on quality and safety

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Montana
• Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
• Ability to work across outpatient, home health, and inpatient care settings as needed
• Knowledge of and adherence to AOTA Occupational Therapy Practice Guidelines

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient and/or home health occupational therapy settings
• Experience working within an interdisciplinary clinical team
