Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | 36 or 48 hours per week accepted

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and clinical changes throughout the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Support infant-driven feeding practices in accordance with facility protocols
• Float within scope of practice to other units as operationally needed
• Complete specialty-specific orientation modules as required during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active or pending Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia (must be in hand by the Wednesday prior to start date)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required and must be current at time of submission
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Dr. Brown's Infant Driven Feeding Certification required (may be pending at time of submission)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursys verification required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU setting
