Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | On-Call as Needed
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) in an outpatient surgery center setting
- Float to the main operating room as needed to support surgical teams
- Provide first-assist services during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Participate in on-call rotation as required by departmental needs
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license (conditional license accepted)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RNFA
- CNOR certification required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- COVID vaccination status required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory surgery center environment
- Familiarity with both outpatient and main OR surgical workflows
