Multi-Modality Technologist (CT / X-Ray)

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every 3rd Weekend Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality diagnostic imaging in both X-ray and CT modalities in accordance with facility standards and licensed practitioner requests
• Clearly explain imaging procedures to patients prior to and during examinations to ensure understanding and cooperation
• Produce diagnostic-quality images for interpretation by licensed practitioners
• Deliver safe, compassionate patient care throughout all imaging procedures
• May be required to float to similar units within scope of practice to meet facility needs
• Participate in emergency response team assignments as required during hurricane season (June through November)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a multi-modality technologist
• Active ARRT registration in both Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT) required
• Active SCRQSA certification required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Candidate must supply their own radiation dosimetry badge (not provided by facility)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Emergency, Trauma, Pediatrics, and Orthopedic imaging in both X-ray and CT modalities
• Familiarity with Siemens imaging equipment
• Proficiency with Epic EMR and PACS systems
