Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment notes utilizing the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) system
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications
- Active California COTA license in good standing
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Proficiency with Rehab Optima (NetHealth) documentation system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior contract or travel therapy experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary rehab environment
