Travel Registered Nurse – NICU

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU setting with a patient ratio of 2:3
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment including BCPAP and HFNC
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech and CPN electronic documentation systems
• Attend deliveries as required, including C-sections
• Participate in self-scheduling and float to other units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses will not be accepted)
• Minimum 2+ years of hospital and NICU specialty experience
• Level III NICU experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Ability to attend all deliveries, including C-sections

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech electronic health record system
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
