Contract | Rotating Shifts (8-hour shifts: Days 0730–1530, Evenings 1500–2330, Nights 2300–0730) | Onsite | Includes weekends, holidays, and OT rotation | No guarantee of hours or shift preference

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Communicate pertinent patient information to MD/NP in a timely manner
• Manage admissions and discharges within the long-term care setting
• Provide ADL assistance and deliver specialized care including gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, and nebulizer treatments
• Perform wound vac care and CPAP care as assigned
• Carry out additional duties as assigned within the scope of nursing practice

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Hawaii required by assignment start date
• Candidates not currently holding an active Hawaii RN license must apply for licensure upon acceptance of offer
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Proficiency in clinical skills including wound care, catheter care, tube feeding management, and respiratory treatments
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a long-term care or SNF environment
• Familiarity with wound vac and CPAP equipment management
