Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement patient care plans as directed and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and any changes in condition
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Oregon (permanent license required)
• Prior experience in a physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
