Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat an average of 14 outpatient patients per day
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work 40 hours per week on a Monday–Friday day shift schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Comfort managing a moderate-to-high patient caseload in a fast-paced environment
