Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed
- Document patient progress and report to healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of West Virginia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical skills with experience in LTC/SNF environments
- Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
