Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient physical therapy patients across a full-time 40-hour work week
• Manage an average caseload of approximately 14 patients per day in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical goals
• Document patient progress, treatment notes, and discharge planning in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience providing outpatient physical therapy services

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing a high-volume outpatient caseload
• Strong documentation and time-management skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
