Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients daily, including follow-up visits.
• Double-book follow-up visits to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Ensure productivity expectations of 60 visits per week are met.
• Work approximately 36 hours per week with the potential to extend up to 40 hours, with overtime approval required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time during daytime hours.
• Willingness to work as a traveler or first-time traveler.
• Strong patient management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Flexibility to work with various patient populations.
• Ability to adapt to multiple clinic settings within the region.
