Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Monday – Friday | Call required as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with invasive cardiac catheterization procedures including balloon angioplasty, PCI, stent placement, thrombectomy, IMPELLA insertion, and left and right heart catheterization
• Support EP lab procedures including device implantation, ablation, EP studies, and PV lab cases such as fistula, AV/LE runoff, pedal access, and thrombectomy
• Perform scrubbing duties and EKG monitoring throughout procedures
• Operate hemodynamic monitoring systems and assist with adjunct therapies including IABP, ACIST, OCT, IVUS, Angiojet, and radial/ulnar/femoral access techniques
• Provide care for adult and geriatric patient populations, including conscious sedation support
• Float to other campus locations as needed and respond to on-call requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab or EP experience required; first-time travelers are welcome
• Active BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active, in-hand applicable state license at time of submission
• EPIC EMR experience required (CUPID and XPER Witt modules preferred)
• Must be flexible with scheduling and adhere to a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences

Preferred Experience / Skills

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) certification strongly preferred
• Experience with high-volume cath labs performing 25–35 invasive procedures per day
• Familiarity with diagnoses including coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, arrhythmia, and abnormal cardiac electrical function
