Contract | Rotating Shifts (Days and Nights) | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting with patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2
• Float as needed within the hospital, including to the Cardiac ICU (CVPICU), based on census and staffing needs
• Work rotating day and night shifts (7:00–19:00 and 19:00–7:00) based on unit need
• Work a minimum of every other weekend (EOW) and a minimum of 2 holidays during the contract
• Adhere to unit protocols, charting requirements, and compliance standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent PICU experience required
• Active RN license – single-state Ohio or valid compact (multi-state) license required at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Must be fully vaccinated (no exceptions)
• No previous license disciplinary actions or hits on record
• Supervisor reference within the past 2 years required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior exposure to Cardiac ICU (CICU/CVPICU) environments
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system
• Any additional nursing certifications (e.g., ANCC) are a plus
