Contract | Evening Shift (3x12 Hours, 15:00–03:00) | Onsite | Weekends Required (6 per 6-week period)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level II Trauma Center Emergency Room setting with a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency department patients across varying acuity levels
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with department dress code: solid navy blue scrub attire required for licensed nursing personnel
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience (hard stop requirement)
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required
• Must commit to all RTO and scheduling requests submitted upfront at time of submittal — post-offer RTO may not be granted
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume Level II Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with block scheduling and flexible shift structures
• Prior travel nursing experience with demonstrated adaptability across care settings
