- Saint Albans Town, VT
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, onsite, 5 shifts per week, mid-shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, includes every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Document patient conditions and care plans in compliance with facility standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality resident care
- Monitor resident health status and report any changes to supervising staff
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of Vermont
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Ability to work every other weekend and overtime as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
