MRI Technologist – Radiology

Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | 8-Hour Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols and patient care standards
- Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently to produce diagnostic-quality images
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including 1 day of call per week, weekend call approximately every 5 weeks, and holiday call rotation
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely imaging results
- Maintain documentation and imaging records within the facility's EMR system (Altera Sunrise)
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required
- New graduates will not be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2–3 years of MRI experience preferred
- Familiarity with Cerner or similar EMR platforms is a plus (facility uses Altera Sunrise, noted to be very similar to Cerner)
