Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a surgical-focused Med/Surg unit with an emphasis on orthopedic, neurosurgery, general surgery, and urology patients
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care during night shift hours in a fast-paced inpatient environment
• Float within the hospital and, if needed, to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as directed
• Participate in every-other-holiday scheduling as required
• Complete all required pre-start modules prior to entering the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Current AHA-issued BLS certification required at time of submission
• Candidates must be available to work every other holiday
• Must be willing to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius if needed
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered at the travel rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Background in surgical nursing including orthopedic, neurosurgery, general surgery, or urology
• Two supervisor references preferred
