Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility environment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health and well-being
• Document patient status, care provided, and any changes in condition accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active RN (Registered Nurse) license valid in the state of Iowa
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and care protocols
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
