Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 7:00–15:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective perioperative care
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, scheduling commitments, and float policies between sister facilities as needed
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to start and annually as directed
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience required
• Must submit 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (Charge RNs or Leads accepted)
• Facility does not accept Nursys or background check hits
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms (locals within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced rate)
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal — post-offer RTO requests may not be granted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a travel or contract nursing capacity
• Demonstrated flexibility to float between facilities within a health system
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced surgical environment
