Contract | Night Shift (4x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30) | 13- or 18-Week Assignment | 36 or 48 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting with targeted patient ratios of 1:4 (may be up to 1:5–6)
• Monitor and manage patients requiring stable chronic ventilator support
• Perform cardiac telemetry monitoring and interpret EKG/dysrhythmia findings
• Document all patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliated campuses based on census and skill set, as directed
• Maintain availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (any active state license or compact license accepted); candidates with any past license disciplinary action will not be considered
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience
• Experience with stable chronic ventilators required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass an online EKG/telemetry competency assessment prior to assignment start
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• IV Start certification preferred
• Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 facility preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
