Contract (13 Weeks) | 12-Hour Shifts | Days/Nights Mix — Wednesday 5:30 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday 5:30 PM–6:00 AM | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) setting serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Deliver skilled nursing services to a patient population ranging in age from 9 to 65 years old
• Manage and monitor G-Tube (gastrostomy tube) feedings and care as required by the patient population
• Assess, document, and communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate care team members
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine or a compact state license
• Experience working with patients requiring G-Tube care and management
• Influenza (flu) vaccination required
• Ability to work a mixed days/nights rotating schedule including weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC), SNF, or ICF setting
• Comfort working with a diverse patient population spanning pediatric through adult age ranges
