Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit within a critical access hospital setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact licensure eligibility
• Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a critical access or rural hospital environment
• Familiarity with night shift workflows and patient monitoring protocols
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
