Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain compliance with all facility competency requirements, including annual hands-on competency assessments and required modules

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of recent Neonatal Level III experience
• Active, permanent Ohio RN License or a Compact State RN License required at time of submission
• Active BLS certification required at time of submission
• Active PALS certification required at time of submission
• Active NRP certification required at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months is required
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience within a single facility or location for the required specialty experience
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments
• Comfort with completing pre-start and annual online learning modules
