Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients in a short-term acute care setting
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in accordance with established protocols
• Document patient care and treatment records accurately using Epic
• Collaborate with the oncology and radiology team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to all facility policies, compliance requirements, and scheduling expectations including holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Radiation Therapist license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
• Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the facility are welcome and eligible to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in an acute care or Level III Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with travel contract expectations and compliance processes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary care team
