Key Responsibilities
- Serve as charge nurse in a perioperative operating room setting, primarily during weekend shifts
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to OR nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Coordinate perioperative patient care activities to ensure safe and efficient surgical operations
- Act as a resource and point of escalation for clinical and operational issues within the OR
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of current perioperative charge nurse or relief charge nurse experience
- Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing (CA RN License)
- Current CPR certification
- Current ACLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
- Two or more years of Critical Care experience
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
