Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM) | On-Site | Night/weekend call rotation included
Key Responsibilities
- Perform circulator duties in the operating room throughout all surgical procedures
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including 1–2 days per week of on-call coverage shared among all circulators
- Fulfill weekend call requirements on a rotating basis, approximately every 4–6 weeks
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and continuity of care throughout the perioperative process
Required Qualifications
- Active Tennessee or compact RN license
- BLS certification (must be current)
- ACLS certification (must be current)
- Minimum of 1 year of circulator experience
- Travel nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience within the past 12 months, clearly documented; candidates must pass an Epic competency exam (one attempt only)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PALS certification
- PACU experience in addition to OR circulator background
