Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 12-Hour Shifts | Weekday and Weekend Night Shifts | Holiday Coverage on Rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting as the primary focus of the role
- Cover Med Surg unit when there are no active OB needs
- Serve as Charge RN on assigned shifts as needed
- Participate in holiday coverage on a rotating basis
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Hands-on experience in OB/Labor & Delivery — required
- Ability to float to Med Surg when OB census is low
- Willingness to accept Charge RN assignments as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting
- Comfort working in a cross-functional, low-census rural hospital environment
