Travel Radiologic Technologist – Cardiac Cath Lab

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | 4x10-hour shifts | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | On-call expected (at least 10 shifts/month)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with interventional cardiac procedures including PCI, EPS, PVI, PPM, left and right heart catheterizations, IR, and vascular procedures
• Operate imaging equipment including Philips and Siemens systems; panning of the X-ray table is required
• Utilize EMR systems including MERGE Hemo and Meditech Expanse for accurate documentation
• Maintain a patient ratio of 3 staff per case within a 3-room Cardiac Cath Lab setting
• Participate in on-call rotation with an expected minimum of 10 on-call shifts per month
• Demonstrate willingness to support and educate younger or less experienced staff members

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• RCIS certification required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an interventional Cath Lab setting; candidates without interventional experience will not be considered
• Proficiency with panning the X-ray table is mandatory

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Electrophysiology (EP) experience
• Interventional Radiology (IR) experience
• Familiarity with Philips and/or Siemens imaging equipment
