Contract | Nights | 5x8-Hour Shifts (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Rotating Weekends | Occasional Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination of all items including drills, robotic surgical instruments, and scopes
• Assemble instruments across all service lines including trauma, loaners, and peel packaging
• Execute sterilization processes using Sterrad and steam sterilization methods
• Perform High-Level Disinfection (HLD) and scope reprocessing
• Manage sterile storage and serve as an OR Liaison as needed
• Utilize instrument tracking and reprocessing systems including Censitrac and Medivator

Required Qualifications

• CBSPD or CRCST certification (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM) required
• Experience across all areas of a sterile processing department in a high-volume, comparable facility
• Medivator experience required
• Censitrac tracking system experience required
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the care site are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level I Trauma facility or similarly high-acuity environment
• OR Liaison experience in a fast-paced surgical services setting
• Familiarity with loaner instrument management and complex instrument assembly
