Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Charge Nurse overnight, overseeing OR operations across multiple surgical suites including a dedicated C-section suite
• Support a high-volume surgical environment averaging 15–25 cases per day across specialties including General, ENT, Plastics, Orthopedics, Urology, GYN, and Robotics (Da Vinci)
• Participate in Stat C-section response with a required 30-minute call response time
• Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation and care coordination
• Fulfill on-call requirements including potential weekend and holiday call shifts
• Complete unit-specific orientation by shadowing night shift RN staff during initial shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin or compact eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
• Stat C-section experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard contract rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures (Da Vinci)
• Familiarity with orthopedic cases including total shoulder, hip, and knee arthroplasty
• Prior charge nurse or leadership experience in a perioperative setting
