Contract | Travel | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 17-Week Assignment | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across the full facility as part of a team of 14–16 RRTs, covering adult acute, adult critical care, pediatric acute care, NICU/PICU, and the Emergency Department
• Manage and operate ventilators including Drager V500/VN500, Hamilton T1/C1, Respironics V30/V60, Trilogy line, Airvo, and Vapotherm
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:25 in acute care settings and 1:8 in critical care settings
• Float across departments as required, including NICU/PICU, pediatric acute care, adult acute, and adult critical care
• Fulfill call requirements, including 2-hour call coverage for the oncoming shift
• Document and manage patient records using EPIC EMR

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required for NICU coverage
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an RRT
• Experience in a tertiary, teaching hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center
• Demonstrated ability to float across multiple units including NICU/PICU, pediatric acute care, adult acute, and adult critical care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification preferred
• NICU and/or PICU experience strongly preferred
• Cardiothoracic experience preferred
• Flexible, team-oriented, and strong communicator comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
