Travel - Cath Lab Tech

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | On-call responsibilities apply (approximately 10 call days per month, including at least 1 weekend)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional scrubbing alongside cardiologists in a 2-lab Cath Lab environment
• Support IABP and Impella device management as required
• Assist with procedures including diagnostic angiograms, PCIs, STEMIs, and structural cases
• Operate GE equipment and document accurately within EPIC/Merge EMR systems
• Participate in on-call rotation, including weekend call coverage as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• Active RCIS, RT, CVT, or RN licensure with scrubbing experience required
• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic and interventional scrubbing with cardiologist, IABP, and Impella
• Ability to handle a variable caseload of approximately 5–15 cases per day

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Rota, TAVR, Watchman, or MitraClip procedures
• Familiarity with EPIC and/or Merge EMR platforms
• Flexible, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced cardiac environment
