Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Second Shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) | 5×8s, Expected 40 hours/week | Rotating weekends required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment
• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment in accordance with established protocols
• Inspect and assemble instrument trays and sets to ensure completeness and functionality prior to sterilization
• Document sterilization processes and maintain accurate records in compliance with departmental standards
• Support the Sterile Processing Service department during second shift operations, including rotating weekend coverage

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician through an accredited program is required
• Knowledge of sterile processing principles, decontamination procedures, and sterilization methods
• Ability to work second shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) and rotating weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital or acute care sterile processing department
• Familiarity with surgical instrumentation and tray assembly
