Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
• Utilize Cerner electronic health record system for documentation and patient management
• Float to other units in rotation with staff, in accordance with facility floating policies and candidate clinical experience
• Adhere to time-off guidelines, keeping requests to a minimum and expecting to work some holidays
• Maintain a smoke/nicotine-free workplace standard throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency with Cerner EHR system required
• Former permanent or full-time employees of the facility must have been separated for a minimum of 5 years to be eligible
• Local candidates are welcome — no radius restrictions apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Strong adaptability and willingness to float to other units as needed
• Ability to manage time-off requests responsibly throughout the duration of the assignment
