Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a short-term acute care, Level II Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center environment
• Float between units as needed to support patient care demands
• Maintain patient ratios of approximately 1:11
• Document and chart patient care using Epic electronic health records system
• Participate in holiday coverage, committing to 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Valid Washington State license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience required
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Must be able to commit to a block schedule format
• Background must be clear of Nursys or background check hits per facility policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a large acute care or trauma center setting
• Familiarity with neuro diagnostics or respiratory specialty procedures
• Prior travel contract experience in a comparable clinical environment
