Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Adhere to all credentialing and compliance requirements prior to and throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (Compact License accepted for WA and AK)
• Completion of all required credentialing documentation prior to assignment start
• Minimum of one year of separation required for candidates with prior permanent or PRN employment at this facility within the last year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Strong documentation and clinical record-keeping skills
• Experience working in a high-volume or multi-patient caseload environment
