Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Days/Nights | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry setting across multiple units as part of a float pool
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records for documentation and care coordination
• Participate in weekly unit orientations as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN experience required
• Strong telemetry monitoring skills; must be comfortable floating to multiple units
• EPIC electronic health records experience required

• Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
• Familiarity with large academic or acute care hospital settings
