Key Responsibilities
- Develop and calculate radiation treatment plans for oncology patients in a critical access hospital setting
- Operate and utilize Varian Halcyon, Philips CT, Aria, and Eclipse systems in daily workflow
- Collaborate with the radiation oncology team to ensure accurate and safe delivery of treatment plans
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 10–12 patients per day
Required Qualifications
- Medical Dosimetrist certification (CMD) required or equivalent credentialing
- Proficiency with Varian Halcyon linear accelerator and Eclipse treatment planning system
- Experience with Aria oncology information system
- Experience with Philips CT simulation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a critical access or community hospital environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a lower-volume setting
