Travel RN – Orthopedic Surgery (Night Shift)

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on an orthopedic surgery unit during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for orthopedic surgical patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Monitor post-operative patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in North Carolina or a compact state
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with orthopedic or surgical experience required
- BLS certification required
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract beginning on or around September 20, 2026
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience in a high-volume or Level II trauma center environment
- Familiarity with orthopedic surgical procedures and post-operative care protocols
