Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit within a Level II Trauma Center environment
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5
• Float between units as needed to support staffing demands
• Work weekends as required — expected 6 shifts per 6-week period
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete required facility modules prior to start and during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Surgical RN experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms; candidates within 50 miles may be considered under separate terms
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling preferences upfront at time of submission — post-offer requests may not be accommodated
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (Charge RNs and Leads accepted)
• Background must be clear; facility does not accept Nursys or background hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a short-term acute care or Level II Trauma Center setting
• Flexibility to float between sister facilities within the contracted health system
• Familiarity with 12-hour night shift workflows in a high-census environment
