Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every Other Weekend | Holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
• Float to other campus locations within the health system as needed
• Participate in holiday coverage — expected to work 2 out of every 4 holidays; minimal holiday RTO
• Complete unit-based orientation modules (non-billable, average 2–4 hours, completed during orientation)
• Pass a compliance EKG exam prior to starting (2 attempts allowed); required for all RNs regardless of specialty

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and PALS certifications required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• RTO requests must be submitted with the application; no post-submission RTO accepted
• Third-party education verification required; degrees from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted
• No open background check cases permitted
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Valid driver's license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
• Experience in a STEMI and/or Stroke certified facility preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
