Contract | Onsite | Days/Evenings with alternating weekends and some Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the Dialysis Department under appropriate supervision
- Assist with hemodialysis treatments and monitor patients throughout the dialysis process
- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment in accordance with facility protocols
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State MA-HT (Hemodialysis Technician) certification required
- CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician) national certification required
- Prior experience in a dialysis or related clinical setting
- Ability to work days, evenings, alternating weekends, and some Saturdays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an outpatient or inpatient dialysis unit
- Familiarity with dialysis equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
