Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Block Schedule Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III/IV NICU environment with expected patient ratios of 1:2–4
• Participate in a self-scheduling model, including 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Float between units within the facility as operationally needed
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to start and annually thereafter

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required
• Must be willing to adhere to block scheduling requirements
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling preferences upfront at the time of submission — post-offer requests may not be considered
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level III NICU experience strongly preferred, as the unit operates at a Level IV designation
• Experience working in a high-acuity pediatric or neonatal setting
• Openness to extended contract assignments beyond the standard 13-week term
