Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30) | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ER Holding environment across a broad patient population including Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
• Monitor and manage patients in a holding capacity, ensuring timely assessment, intervention, and communication with the care team
• Perform emergency nursing interventions in accordance with established protocols and scope of practice
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status, care provided, and clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate safe patient transitions and throughput
• Adhere to all compliance, credentialing, and facility-specific requirements, including timely completion of the Ohio fingerprinting process

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) required at time of submission
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing
• ER Holding experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS
• Locals are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Med/Surg or Telemetry experience in addition to ER background
• First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply
• 2 professional references available, with at least 1 from a manager, director, or formal leadership role (Charge RN acceptable as second reference)
