Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit throughout the night shift
• Perform and maintain proficiency in IV insertion and placement
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for accurate and timely documentation
• May be required to float to other units as needed based on staffing demands
• Adhere to all compliance, credentialing, and facility onboarding requirements in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery (L&D) nursing experience required
• Active, valid RN license — compact or Ohio state license must be in hand at time of submission; must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Locals are welcome and accepted
• 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager, director, or formal leadership role (charge RN acceptable for second reference; no coworker references)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Strong adaptability and comfort working in high-acuity Labor and Delivery environments
