Cath Lab Technologist – Cardiac Cath Lab
Location
Glenview, IL
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts | On-call required 2–3 days per week and every third weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology (EP) procedures in a fast-paced cath lab environment
- Operate and monitor specialized cath lab and EP equipment throughout procedures
- Maintain compliance with all imaging and radiation safety standards per IEMA Certification requirements
- Participate in on-call coverage as assigned, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes during invasive cardiac procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab and EP experience required
- ARRT certification required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- IEMA Certification required
- Availability for on-call shifts 2–3 days per week and every third weekend
